Shipping

The deliveries are registered and priority mail.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent with your tracking number once the item is shipped.

The transit times will vary depending upon final destination. The estimated and average delivery time is about 10 days for shipping to USA from Germany. In general, Deutsche Post is working well in cooperation with United States Postal Service. You can easily track your delivery online with the registration number. We also check your item regularly until the delivery is completed.

The items are well packaged against any injury during shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied after receiving your purchase, I would be happy to exchange it for something else when you ship it back to me in it's original condition. 

Any cash refunds may also be considered under certain circumstances. The shipping of the replacement piece will be free of charge.

Please note that any DIGITAL PRODUCT can not be returned once the download is completed.
